What is
UpLift Intervention

UpLift Intervention is a child-focused early intervention and behavioural support service committed to helping children build confidence, develop meaningful skills and participate more fully in everyday life.

We recognise that every child develops differently and may communicate, learn and experience the world in their own unique way. Our role is to understand the individual child — their strengths, interests, needs, goals and environment — and build support around them.

Our approach is individualised, strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming, with a strong focus on building practical skills through meaningful, engaging experiences. We work collaboratively with families and caregivers to ensure that support is not limited to sessions, but can be meaningfully incorporated into everyday routines and environments.

At UpLift, we believe meaningful progress begins with connection, understanding and trust. We aim to create a supportive space where children feel valued for who they are while being encouraged to grow, explore and reach their potential.

Our Mission

To empower children and families through personalised, respectful and meaningful support.

We aim to create opportunities for every child to develop their strengths, build confidence, increase independence and participate in the people, activities and environments that are important to them.

We work alongside families, recognising that parents and caregivers are an essential part of a child's support network. By sharing knowledge, building practical strategies and working towards meaningful goals together, we strive to create lasting positive outcomes that extend beyond intervention sessions.

At the heart of UpLift Intervention is a simple belief:

Every child deserves to be understood, respected and supported to thrive in their own way.

Professional Collaboration

At UpLift Intervention, we believe quality support is strengthened through ongoing professional development, collaboration and reflective practice.

We are proud to collaborate with Healis Autism Centre, a well-established autism and early intervention organisation in Singapore with an experienced team of trained professionals and a strong commitment to evidence-informed practice. Healis has supported families through a range of services, including early intervention, behavioural therapy, social skills development, school readiness and parent training.

Through this professional collaboration, UpLift Intervention has access to:

Professional Supervision

Ongoing professional supervision and consultation to support reflective practice, strengthen clinical decision-making and maintain a high standard of professional practice.

Individualised Educational Program Reports

Collaboration and professional input in developing individualised educational program reports, helping to document a child's strengths, current skills, learning needs and goals in a clear and meaningful way.

We value the opportunity to draw on the experience and expertise of professionals who have worked extensively in the field, while continuing to develop our own practice within the Australian context.

We believe that great support doesn't happen in isolation — it grows through collaboration, learning and a commitment to doing better for every child and family we support.
